Grace, how has CrossFit Fargo Changed your Fitness Journey?
1. I have enjoyed talking about CrossFit to people I know and the biggest question I get is why CrossFit. For me personally, my first answer is always the community. I’ve never seen anything like it in my workout experience. It is always welcoming and no matter where you are in the workout experience, there is always someone to hype you up. The coaches are great and help with confidence. I really love the classes and that you don’t have to decide what to do for the day, there is already a workout planned. It brings you out of your comfort zone and pushes you to do things you never thought you could do.
2. The biggest thing CrossFit has helped me with is consistency. Before joining, I was very inconsistent with my workouts and never held myself accountable. I didn’t know what to do for workouts and would do the same thing over and over again. It got boring and I got lazy with it. It has also assisted me with my confidence and social insecurities. I have been able to branch off on my own without my husband and meet new people in the classes I attend without him. It has opened many opportunities for me. I have learned that I can do a lot more than I ever thought I was capable of.
