New Member Class: CrossFit Fargo Virtuosity, where you learn to perform the common uncommonly well.
When you first join CrossFit Fargo, you will begin in the Virtuosity Class. This class is held Monday – Thursday at 5:30pm and teaches new members the fundamentals of CrossFit while building up a fitness base. The environment is high energy and encouraging – be prepared to enjoy your first CrossFit classes! Can’t make the 5:30pm class? No problem! We have other times available – just let us know!
